On a quiet early morning while off work, I decided to play a little at Vegas Palms. Just a usual day as always. When to my shock I won the WowPot Jackpot for $16,801.20! What is so amazing about this is this was not my first big win at this game, but my second!!!! Never in a million years did I expect to win a second time!!!! Just awesome!!!! I had been playing about 30 min and was fixing to stop for the night, when my little hunch said-just one more spin. Okay....one more spin.....and Voila!!!! I was struck speechless for about 10 min!!! Then I pulled my son who was awake at the time to look at the screen just to make sure I wasn't imaging it!!! LOL Finally figured out how to save a screenshot and did so!!!

I am 48 years old and have been married for nearly 32 years with 3 sons and have been working as an overnight stocker for the last 7 of 9 years of my employment with a world known company. Since husband is facing disability, this win has come at the best time it could have. With it, I can pay off some debts, invest a portion of it and the rest will be used to finish some home improvements that was never finished when we first built our home in 2001. I will even get to implement some garden and landscape ideas I have had in mind for a few years. Since we waited for 28 years to build own home we have never had a yard/flower garden that we could get out and work in and enjoy some of nature's beauty.......this is one of soon to be realized dreams. Also, the investments I make with part of the winnings will also enable us to get out of debt much sooner and insure a future income for ourselves and help our sons out too.

Stranded on a desert island??? Oh I would have to have my computer and a library of books and some basic hand tools along with some seeds for gardening. Why? To indulge in 3 of my favorite pastimes..........computers and internet, gardening and reading. But my favorite vacation would have to be in the Smoky mountains, preferably with a lake and horseback riding ranch and some fishing. I don't really have a specific thing I do for luck other than listen to my inner voice and to my hunches.

My being profoundly deaf with some residual hearing amplified by aids has had a major impact on my philosophy towards life. I am a strong believer in kindness, honesty and good work ethics. Above all, the golden rule of treating everyone as you would like to be treated is my favorite belief.
