Did anything unusual happen on the day of your win?
"I am the managing director/owner of The Online Players Association - www.onlineplayersassociation.co.uk - and part of my duties include constantly checking casinos for fair play, prompt payouts and a host of other 'player friendly' attributes. I had been informed that 32Red casino was providing an outstanding array of player services, and had the potential to become an OPA Approved Casino. So I spent most of the day attempting to tie their customer support in knots with strange requests and general questions to test the accuracy of their player support and the quality of their management once my questions had been escalated to them - as expected all of my requests were handled speedily and promptly and with the minimum of fuss.

What was your initial reaction to your jackpot win?
"It was the early hours on April the 1st which is "April Fools Day" here in the UK, which entails playing practical jokes on your friends and family, so seeing the jackpot flashing on the screen was quite bizarre, and it did cross my mind it was an April Fools Day joke!! Thankfully it wasn't and I had indeed won the Jackpot.

How will you spend your winnings?
"As I write this (3 weeks after my win) I have just returned from a fabulous holiday courtesy of my 32red win!!

How long were you playing before you hit the jackpot?
"Not long. I think it was about 30 minutes or so.

What do you do for good luck?
"Good question - I believe luck just happens when you least expect it, you never know when or where - much like falling in love!! You never find it if you go looking for it - it just happens.

What piece of advice has most helped you through life?
"A very dear friend of mine gave me the following words of wisdom -'Treat life as a game of soccer, and if things get on top of you simply put your foot on the ball and slow the action down, if it needs speeding up give the ball a kick.'

What is your dream holiday destination?
"Anywhere hot and sunny!

What do you do in your spare time?
"As little as possible!

If you were stranded on a deserted island what 3 things would you take with you and why?
"Wow what a question - pause for thought...1. A library of books; 2. A radio; 3. A magic lamp - so the genie inside can grant me a host of other wishes!
